Online orders can be paid directly by credit card or bank transfer. In the case of online payment by credit card, the protection of transactions is guaranteed by the use of a secure payment module “NETS EASY”. Your bank details are only kept for the time necessary to execute the transaction, then are permanently deleted from the server.

A – GUIDED STAYS AND ACTIVITIES “69NORD SOMMARØY OUTDOOR CENTER”

A1 – REGISTRATION

Your online order form or invoice in the case of payment by bank transfer serves as a registration form. Your registration will be validated upon receipt of the payment of the deposit.
You are aware that the 69Nord stays expose you to the risks specific to the sports practiced and the regions visited that can sometimes be far from medical first aid.
You knowingly accept them and you agree not to transfer the responsibility to 69Nord or any other person whatsoever.
You declare that you have a good physical condition and do not follow any medical treatment that requires special follow-up during your stay.
You are covered by your individual insurance (repatriation, assistance, accident, cancellation)
You vouch for the other registered persons under your responsibility.
The acceptance at the bottom of the payment form of the general conditions of sale takes the place of discharge of liability.

A2 – PARTICIPATION

Participation in a stay implies your agreement to our registration conditions listed above.

A3 – LIABILITY

“69Nord Sommarøy Outdoor Center” is a multi-activity sports center. Our center can accommodate you in our eco-lodge or tent depending on the stay chosen.  

Like all sports educators, we are bound by an obligation of means but not by an obligation of result.

For all stays, everyone remains responsible for ensuring that they meet the legal conditions for access to Norway.

For day activities, the sports educator of the sport concerned is the sole judge of the course. Neither he nor 69Nord can be held responsible in case of delays due to air connections, administrative or health contingencies, weather conditions, ice conditions, technical problems. A delayed return will not give rise to any compensation. If weather conditions do not allow access to the planned airport, intermediate means of transport remain the responsibility of the participants.
In addition, 69Nord cannot be held liable for all inconveniences inherent in the use of the Internet network when you register online, such as break in service, external intrusion or presence of computer viruses.

A4 – CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation on your part, the deposit and sums paid to 69Nord remain acquired. In case of cancellation on our part, you will have the choice between another stay or the refund of the sums paid.

A5 – PRICE REVISION

The price of the stays has been calculated according to the exchange rates in force on September 11, 2023. Our prices may change if there is a significant fluctuation in these rates. Our new rates would then be communicated to you during your registration before it is validated. For team members already registered, prices will be frozen one month before departure.

A6 – PAYMENT

Conditions and means of payment: 
• 40% deposit with the order form, followed by the balance 30 days before departure.
A delay in payment beyond these dates will be considered a cancellation on your part.
You will receive the invoice a few days after your registration.

A7 – PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected during your registration are necessary for its registration. They will remain confidential and will only be used by 69Nord organizer of the stay (s) that is the subject of your order. Your credit card information (card type, cardholder’s name, 16-digit number, visual cryptogram, expiry date) will not be kept beyond the time necessary to collect the balance. You have a right of access to information about you, and can possibly make the necessary corrections or request your deletion. Requests should be sent by post or e-mail to 69Nord (see contacts).

A8 – LITIGATION

The parties agree to favor the search for an amicable solution in the settlement of any dispute that may arise during the execution of the contract. If agreement is not possible, an appeal will be made to the Tromsø court.

 

B – SHOP & SERVICES “69NORD SOMMARØY OUTDOOR CENTER”

B1 – OPERATOR

The online shop (products excluding stays and guided activities or teaching) is operated by 69Nord Sommarøy AS.

B2 – ACCEPTANCE OF OUR CONDITIONS OF SALE

Any order validation is equivalent to an acceptance of the general conditions of sale.

B3 – PRODUCT OFFER

The articles and services offered on our site are characterized by a description and a price.

B4 – AVAILABILITY

Items are offered while stocks last.

B5 – PRICE

Prices are announced online all taxes included (goods delivered to Sommarøy in the case of the sale of Hobie kayaks). They are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) for rental services or in Euros (€) for accommodation, food and transfers associated with our stays in eco-lodge or roaming kayaks.

B6 – ORDER

The order is characterized by the execution of the steps described below: choice of the item (s) as well as adding items to the order, entering your details, choosing the payment method. The order can be modified at any time until its final validation which is equivalent to a final acceptance of the offer.

B7 – PAYMENT

Rental of the eco-lodge:
Full payment online at order.

Equipment rental during the day (kayaks, SUP, bicycles):
Full payment by card on site  before the activity

Purchase of Hobie Kayak and accessories:
50% deposit with the order form, followed by the balance upon receipt of the goods at our premises in Sommarøy.

A delay in payment beyond these dates will be considered a cancellation on your part.
You will receive the invoice a few days after your registration.

B8 – PREPARATION AND DELIVERY FOR HOBIE KAYAKS.

The preparation of the order begins upon receipt of your first payment. The average time, observed under normal conditions of transport, is generally four weeks. This period remains indicative and subject to change depending on the transport market.

The parties agree that the order contract is subject to Norwegian law. Any complaint must be submitted as soon as possible to 69Nord by post, email or telephone (see contacts)

B11 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

69Nord cannot be held responsible for delays or impossibilities in the conclusion or execution of the contract related to events beyond its control, such as in particular and without limitation, strikes, technical incidents, impossibilities of supply, and in general all cases qualified as force majeure according to the case law in force. In addition, 69Nord cannot be held liable for any inconvenience inherent in the use of the Internet network such as service interruption, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
